Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

By adding Rally ("the bot") to a server or using the dashboard, you agree to these terms.

Using the bot

• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• Don't use the bot to harass people, spam, or break the law.
• Don't try to cheat Server Wars (for example with bot accounts or alt accounts), exploit bugs, or overload the bot.

Server Wars

Servers that cheat may be removed from Server Wars and the leaderboard. Results are final once the winner is announced.

No guarantees

The bot is provided "as is". We try to keep it online and working, but we can't promise it will never go down, lose data, or have bugs. We aren't responsible for moderation actions your staff take using the bot.

Stopping service

We may block servers or users who break these terms. You can stop using the bot at any time by removing it from your server.
