Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
This policy explains what Rally ("the bot") stores and why.
What we store
- Server settings that admins choose: channels, roles, which features are on, welcome messages, banned words.
- Discord IDs of servers, channels, roles and users, so features work (for example, who has what level).
- Activity counts: XP, message counts, coins, game wins, Server Wars points, staff shift times and staff action counts.
- Moderation records: warnings, bans, kicks and timeouts with the reason a moderator typed, plus staff notes.
- Tickets and applications: what users type into ticket and application forms. Closed ticket transcripts are sent to the server's chosen channel and the ticket opener, not kept by us.
- Dashboard logins: when you log in, Discord gives us your user ID, username, avatar and the list of servers you're in. This is kept in a login cookie, not in our database.
What we don't store
We don't save the content of normal chat messages. Message content is only read in the moment, for automod (invite links, banned words) and for server logs that admins turn on, which are posted in that server's own log channel.
Who can see it
Server admins and staff can see their own server's data through the bot and the dashboard. Server Wars shows your server's name and score to other servers. We don't sell or share data with anyone else.
Deleting data
Removing the bot from a server stops all collection there. To have a server's or your own data deleted, contact the contact listed on this website.
Changes
We may update this policy. Big changes will be announced on this page.
